For years, a small desert town in Arizona has been harassed by a gang of outlaws. These young drag racers have stolen, robbed and intimidated the entire town. The Sherriff is aware of this gang's activities, but is powerless to stop it. Then one night, a ghostly force reanimates a young man that was slain by this ruthless gang. This young rogue challenges members of the gang to race his Turbo Charged Dodge. He then systematically kills them one by one. Neither the gang nor the police can catch the Wraith.
